All meals are prepared by our culinary staff and served throughout the conference center based on your agenda and participants needs. The main dining room, with it's warm and rustic flavor, is located in The Lodge. Knotty pine walls, a stone fireplace, and a view of Lake Moraine provides you and your guests a comfortable dining atmosphere.

Upon special request a private dining room is available when privacy is a priority for smaller groups. Outdoor dining may be enjoyed on our deck and patio, weather permitting.
