The meeting space of our facility is divided into two areas: The Lawrence A. Appley Center and The Grove. Both areas provide more meeting space than an average convention center, over twice the amount of space found in university conference centers.
Meeting areas are located in a park like setting, far removed from the structure of your daily routine. This setting promotes creativity which helps you develop new ideas and unique solutions to the business at hand.
There are ten (10) formal meeting rooms on-site with fifteen (15) additional breakout rooms for team projects. Meeting room set-ups available include theater style, team tables, round and open-round tables and classroom format. Group size and meeting objectives tend to determine the most effective room layout.

Basic audio-visual technologies available on-site, and incorporated within the Complete Meeting Package (CMP), are two (2) flip charts with easels, one (1) overhead projector, one (1) VCR & monitor and meeting supplies (example: markers, pencils, note paper, name signs, etc.). Combination data projection and VCR capabilities are available on-site. 'Rear screen projection capabilities are available in five of the White Eagle meeting rooms.
Ergonomic seating (lumbar support, adjustable height, arm rests, swivel/rock) is provided to the extent possible. In addition, each meeting room has two direct dial telephone lines and high speed internet access.

The Lawrence A. Appley Center has eight meeting rooms to fill all of your meeting needs.
- Chandelier Room with theater style seating for 325
- Two meeting rooms each accommodating 200 people in theater style
- Seven planning rooms with classroom seating from 3 to 100 people
- Fourteen team/breakout rooms
- Formal dining for over 250 people
   
The Conference Center is a casual business getaway. Sportswear is standard dress. Summer temperatures may reach the low 90's and can cool off to the 60's at night. Winter temperatures can be brisk; therefore, warm clothing is recommended.
The Grove is comprised of the Cleveland and Delaware Meeting Rooms.
