Complete Meeting Package Concept:

White Eagle utilizes a complete meeting package (CMP) concept whereby facility use and services are packaged together. A CMP day is defined as a twenty-four hour period of time beginning with the first official or formal element of your agenda. The CMP day includes meeting space, basic audio-visual equipment, overnight accommodations, and three meals, meeting room beverage service, use of on-site recreation and service charges.

This approach eliminates "hidden" or "add-on" charges and provides the customer with full knowledge of the services to be provided and the program cost before the event. Rates are per person per day.


Corporate Level Complete Meeting Package (CMP-CL)

  • Overnight Accommodations
  • Three meals daily prepared by our executive chefs
  • Meeting and breakout space
  • Ergonomic meeting room chairs
  • Standard audio-visual equipment
  • Continuous meeting room beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks)
  • Indoor and outdoor on-site recreation including lakefront activities)
  • Local and toll free calls and no access fees
